CANCELLATION POLICY

At HAIR BNB we understand life happens and emergencies come up! We request that any cancellations or changes to appointments be made 48 hours in advance. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 75% cancellation fee of your appointment total. In addition, no call / no show clients will receive a 100% cancellation fee of the appointment total. Your appointment and personal time is extremely valued by us. We do not offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify HAIR BNB within a week of your appointment!
